Shipping Policies

Items ship out within 1-5 business days from Southern California.  We cannot guarantee arrival dates of orders. 

After an order is posted, we can only provide tracking information. If you need more information about a delivery or if something says delivered when it is not at your residence, you must first contact the post office, as I do not have any information beyond the tracking information. We do not provide monetary refunds for shipping errors, but we may be able to provide a replacement. 

Occasionally, if an address is listed incorrectly or not collected from the post office, the item will be returned to sender.  If the address provided was incorrect, we must collect payment for return shipping or cancel the order, minus the original shipping cost. Orders sent to the incorrect address as provided by the customer cannot be refunded or re-sent if lost.
